Hi everyone, curious if anyone has heard anything concrete about hiring intentions for the rest of the year within LSI. We've seen a few roles posted then quickly disappear, and as mentioned in another thread, it feels like the brakes are on for new hires. I'm wondering if this is a strategic pause, a budget tightening exercise, or something else entirely. My team has open reqs that are stuck in limbo, and it's making project planning a nightmare. Are there any internal communications or whispers about whether we're expecting a hiring surge, a freeze, or even potential reductions in certain areas? Trying to get a clearer picture of the near-term outlook. Feels like a lot of uncertainty right now.

Yeah, the inconsistency with postings disappearing is definitely a head-scratcher. I haven't seen any official communications, but the vibe I'm getting is that the company is being cautious. It's possible they're re-evaluating priorities for the second half of the year and want to ensure any new hires align perfectly with those revised goals.
