LSI - Anyone else feeling the pressure with new project timelines?

Lately, it feels like every project in my LSI division is being squeezed. Deadlines are getting tighter, and the expectation seems to be 'do more with less.' It's not just my team; I'm hearing similar things from colleagues in other departments too. Is this a company-wide push or specific to certain areas? The constant pressure is starting to wear thin, and honestly, it makes me a bit anxious. It feels like we're being set up for failure if we don't hit these aggressive targets. Just wondering if others are experiencing this and how you're navigating it. Any tips on managing expectations or dealing with the increased workload would be great. Feels like the ramp-up is intense right now.

I'm definitely feeling it in my department as well. It seems like the ambitious goals set for Q3 and Q4 are creating a ripple effect across all teams. There's a lot of talk about increased efficiency and streamlined processes, but the practical reality often means more work for the same resources. It's a tough environment, and I can see why you'd be anxious about the targets. Hope things ease up soon.

Yeah, the pressure seems pretty pervasive. It's like the company is really pushing for aggressive growth and innovation, which is exciting in theory, but the implementation means some seriously tight timelines. I've noticed a lot more 'urgent' requests coming through, and it feels like we're constantly juggling priorities. It's a balancing act, for sure, and the stress is definitely real. Hopefully, there's a plan to support these accelerated timelines.
