Just heard about the Orlando LSI WARN notice. It's tough seeing colleagues get impacted, and honestly, it's starting to wear on everyone's morale here. You try to stay focused and do your job, but the uncertainty is palpable. Feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with less, and now this. People are starting to quietly update LinkedIn profiles, which is never a good sign. Makes you wonder what the long-term strategy is if we keep shedding talent like this. Has anyone experienced a similar situation recently, and how did your team/department cope afterwards? Just looking for some perspective, or maybe to commiserate.

It's incredibly disheartening to hear about the Orlando WARN notice. The ripple effect of layoffs hits everyone, even those who remain. That feeling of increased workload coupled with constant uncertainty is a morale killer. Seeing colleagues update profiles is a stark visual of the anxiety.
