LSI - Performance management changes?

Hey all, been at LSI for a few years now and things feel a bit different lately. My manager's been talking a lot more about 'individual performance metrics' and 'clear objectives' than usual. It's not like it's a surprise, but the intensity has ramped up. Anyone else in LSI noticing a shift in how performance is being tracked or discussed? Feels like there's more pressure to quantify everything, and the goalposts might be moving. Is this a general company thing or just my department? Just trying to gauge the atmosphere and see if others are feeling this increased scrutiny. Not hearing any direct layoff talk, but this heightened focus on individual output has me a little on edge. Any insights would be appreciated.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed something similar within LSI. It feels like there's a bigger emphasis on hitting specific, measurable targets lately. My team lead has been more vocal about tying our daily tasks directly to broader departmental objectives. While I appreciate the clarity, it does sometimes feel like a higher bar is being set, and the need to constantly demonstrate progress is more pronounced than before. Wondering if this is a company-wide initiative to boost output or just a departmental adjustment.
