LSI - Productivity pressure increasing?

Has anyone else noticed a significant uptick in pressure to deliver on metrics and output in LSI lately? It feels like the expectation to do more with less is really ramping up. Performance reviews are coming up, and the bar seems to be getting higher, even with the current economic uncertainties. My manager keeps talking about 'efficiency gains' and 'optimizing resources,' which sounds a lot like code for 'get more done without more people.' It's making for a pretty stressful environment. Just wondering if this is a common sentiment across the division, or if I'm in a particularly high-pressure silo. Any thoughts on how to navigate this or what might be driving it?
