Hey everyone, been lurking here for a bit, usually see more chatter when things get shaky. But lately, at Thermo Fisher in the Life Sciences division, it feels… quiet. Too quiet, maybe? Projects seem to be slowing down a little across a few teams I'm connected with, and there's this underlying tension that's hard to pinpoint. Management's been giving the usual 'business as usual' speeches, but the vibe is definitely off. Anyone else in LSI noticing this? Not hearing any direct rumors of layoffs, but the general lack of forward momentum and the silence from the top is making me nervous.
