Hey folks, LSI division here. Been hearing a lot of whispers about tightened budgets for Q4 and into next year. Travel is getting scrutinized, hiring freezes seem to be in effect for most roles, and project approvals are taking longer than usual. Feels like management is getting cautious. Is this just my group, or is it a wider trend across LSI? Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just standard year-end belt-tightening. Curious to hear what others are seeing and hearing, especially from different sites or departments. Is anyone else feeling this pinch? Share your insights if you're comfortable. Yeah, same here in our LSI group. Travel requests are getting a serious grilling, and it feels like every new hire needs a VP's signature these days. Project timelines are also stretching out as approvals get stuck in limbo. Definitely feels like a widespread shift in how money is being allocated, not just isolated to one department. Hoping it's just a temporary freeze, but it's definitely adding stress to planning for next year. Keep us posted if you hear anything more concrete.
