Thermo Fisher LSI - Anyone else notice the hiring freeze?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm the only one seeing this. Been with Thermo Fisher in the LSI division for a couple of years now, and things feel... different lately. My department has had open requisitions for months that seem to have gone completely dark. Usually, we're pretty transparent about hiring plans, but there's been a lot of radio silence. Even internal transfers seem to be on hold. I haven't heard any direct layoff talk, thankfully, but the slowdown in hiring and the general quiet around expansion is making me a little antsy. Is this a company-wide thing, or just specific to certain pockets within LSI? Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar slowdowns or has any insights. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the vibe is definitely shifting.
