Thermo Fisher LSI - Project pipeline drying up?

I'm in Thermo Fisher's Life Sciences segment, and I've been feeling a bit uneasy for the past month or so. It's not just me; I've talked to a few colleagues in different departments, and we're all picking up on the same thing. New project proposals are way down, and some ongoing initiatives seem to be getting deprioritized or put on hold indefinitely without much explanation. It's creating a weird atmosphere where nobody's quite sure what the long-term focus is. We're all trying to stay positive and keep our heads down, but the lack of new work and the vague communication is definitely a red flag for me. Is this a company-wide thing or specific to LSI? Anyone have any insider info on what's driving this slowdown?

Interesting observation. I haven't been directly involved with LSI, but it's concerning to hear about potential shifts in project prioritization.
