Thermo Fisher LSI - What's the Q4/next year outlook really?

Seeing a lot of mixed signals internally regarding our outlook. Some teams are being pushed hard on hitting aggressive targets, while others seem to be under a microscope for any perceived inefficiencies. I'm in one of the R&D groups and we've seen some internal reassignments that weren't exactly communicated clearly. It's making me nervous about job security, especially looking towards the next fiscal year. Has anyone heard anything more concrete about potential changes or strategic shifts within LSI that might explain this atmosphere? Trying to understand if this is a normal end-of-year push or if there's something more significant brewing. Any insights from leadership or even just anecdotal observations from different departments would be helpful. Trying to stay optimistic but also realistic here.

It's definitely a strange time. My division is feeling the pressure too, with a lot of emphasis on cost-saving measures and optimizing processes. There's talk of some restructuring, but no specifics. The lack of clear communication is unsettling, and it's hard not to feel anxious about what the future holds, especially when you see shifts happening around you without much explanation. Hopefully, we'll get more clarity soon.

I've noticed the same sort of mixed messaging. We're being told to push for growth, but then resources seem to be tightening in other areas. My team's been asked to take on more with fewer people, which is a classic sign of something brewing. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on delivering, but the uncertainty is palpable.
