Anyone else feeling the chill at TJX? Rumors or just general unease?

Hey everyone, been working at TJX for a few years now, mostly at the corporate/HQ level. Lately, the vibe has been a bit off. Not hearing any specific layoff whispers, but there's definitely a sense of 'belt-tightening' going on. Budgets seem tighter, hiring freezes are more apparent (even for essential roles), and there's a general air of caution. Have any of you in other departments or on the retail floor noticed anything similar? Is it just the general retail climate right now, or is TJX specifically bracing for something? Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, even if it's just gut feelings. Trying to stay optimistic, but also want to be prepared if something is brewing.
