Anyone else noticing a hiring slowdown at TJX?

Noticed that the usual influx of new hires seems to have dried up a bit over the last quarter or so at TJX. Positions that used to get filled pretty quickly are sitting open for longer, and some teams aren't backfilling roles as they become vacant. It's not a full stop, but it definitely feels like the purse strings are being tightened. Has anyone in recruitment or HR noticed this trend? I haven't directly experienced a hiring slowdown myself, but I've heard whispers. It's interesting you bring it up because I did notice a few less job postings than usual on our internal board. Could be seasonal, but your observation about roles sitting open longer is more concerning. Hope it doesn't impact employee morale or the ability to get important projects done.
