Potential TJX layoffs on the horizon? What's the scuttlebutt?

Throwaway account here. I'm in a backend IT role at TJX and have been hearing some indirect chatter that makes me a little nervous. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but a few senior folks have been having closed-door meetings, and there's been a noticeable increase in 'efficiency' discussions. Some projects have been put on hold indefinitely, which is unusual for us. It's making me wonder if they're gearing up for some sort of restructuring or reduction. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard anything more direct? Trying to gauge the temperature before I start updating the resume in earnest. Any intel appreciated.
