Rumors of budget cuts impacting hiring and projects at TJX

Been hearing some chatter around the water cooler (or Slack, rather) about tighter budgets for the rest of the year. Seems like new hires are being put on hold indefinitely, and some planned projects are being scaled back or even shelved. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, just saying 'strategic reprioritization.' Doesn't feel like the same TJX that was expanding so aggressively a year or two ago.
