Has anyone else in TJX heard anything concrete about potential restructuring or even early warnings of layoffs? I've been seeing a lot of LinkedIn activity from recruiters reaching out to people in roles that feel 'redundant' or easily automated. While there haven't been any official announcements, the chatter internally is picking up. It's not just about efficiency anymore; it's more about consolidating functions. Some teams are being asked to absorb work from other departments that might be shrinking. Makes you wonder if they're getting ready for something bigger. Has anyone's manager or higher-ups mentioned anything, even vaguely? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or just localized paranoia. It's unsettling to feel this uncertainty without any clear communication.

I've definitely felt a shift in the air too. It's unnerving when you start seeing more external outreach to people in specific departments. The whispers are definitely loud enough to hear. My team has been absorbing work from another department that seems to be shrinking.
