Curious if anyone else at TJX is picking up on the internal shuffling and the quiet whispers. There's been a lot of talk about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements' in the internal comms, but it feels a little vague. Some roles seem to be consolidating, and there's a definite push to 'do more with less.' It's hard to ignore the signs when you're in the trenches. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything more concrete or has insights into what these 'improvements' might actually mean for headcount. Feels like a time to be cautious and keep your resume updated, just in case.

Definitely feeling the same vibe. The 'efficiency improvements' language is everywhere, but it's so broad it could mean anything. I've noticed a few familiar faces in different departments lately, and the workload definitely seems to be increasing without a corresponding increase in resources. It's a bit unsettling when the official line is so vague, makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes.
