Worried about job security at TJX - seeing a lot of 'reorganizations'

Been with TJX for a few years now and things have felt… different. There have been a lot of 'reorganizations' lately, which sounds like a corporate buzzword for something else. People are being moved around, some roles are being consolidated, and honestly, I'm starting to worry. No outright layoffs announced, but the attrition seems higher than usual, and the roles that are opening up seem less senior or are contract-based. It makes you wonder if they're quietly trimming the fat or preparing for a downturn. Has anyone else been in a similar situation within TJX? What's your read on it? Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the landscape feels like it's shifting under your feet.

I've noticed the same thing at my store. It feels like they're constantly shifting priorities and restructuring departments. While I haven't seen mass layoffs, there's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty. Management is tight-lipped, which only fuels the speculation. It's hard to plan long-term when the organizational chart seems to change monthly. Hopefully, it's just a phase and not a sign of deeper issues.
