Anyone else noticing increased pressure on store hours and staffing?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm the only one feeling this at Tractor Supply. Lately, it feels like there's a lot more emphasis on maximizing every minute of labor. We're getting pushed hard to keep hours down, but somehow still be fully staffed for every shift. It's getting tough to balance customer service with these operational demands. I've noticed more talk about efficiency metrics and less about the actual on-the-ground experience for employees. It makes me wonder if this is a precursor to something, or just a new corporate push. My SM is doing their best, but you can tell they're under pressure too. Anyone else experiencing this and have any thoughts on what might be driving it? Is it a regional thing, or company-wide? Curious to hear what others are seeing and if anyone has insights.

Yeah, I'm seeing it too. It feels like they're trying to squeeze blood from a stone with the staffing. We're expected to do more with less, and it's definitely impacting morale. Customers are noticing the longer wait times, and it's frustrating when you know you're understaffed but can't do anything about it because of hour cuts. Hope it gets better.

Definitely feeling the pressure here. The push for efficiency is real, and it often translates to staff scrambling to keep up. It's a tough balancing act between hitting those numbers and actually providing the good service Tractor Supply is known for. Makes you wonder about the long-term sustainability of this approach.
