Is Tractor Supply slowing down hiring or are roles just frozen?

Been seeing fewer external job postings for our district recently, and the internal transfer process seems to have hit a standstill. My manager mentioned they're being asked to review all open requisitions and justify why they're still needed. Feels like a hiring freeze, but nothing's been officially communicated. It's making it tough to fill some of our more specialized roles, and it's putting a strain on the existing team. Anyone else experiencing this? It's not a full-blown layoff situation from what I can tell, but it definitely feels like a tightening of the belt. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain regions or departments. Just trying to understand the broader picture here.
