Hey all, been with TSC for a few years now and things have felt... different lately. We've had a few regional changes and some high-level execs shuffling around. Normally I wouldn't think much of it, but with the economy the way it is, it's got me a little antsy. Anyone else hearing anything or seeing shifts in leadership that seem a bit more significant than usual? Trying to gauge if this is just standard corporate churn or if it could be a precursor to something bigger. My store hasn't seen any direct cuts, but the overall vibe has shifted. Curious to hear if anyone has insights from other regions or departments. Trying to stay optimistic but also realistic, you know?

I've noticed some changes in my region too. Seems like a lot of new faces popping up in management roles over the past few months. It's hard to tell if it's just the usual corporate merry-go-round or if there's a strategy behind it. I'm hoping it leads to some positive improvements for the stores and employees, but I agree, it does make you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes, especially with how things are in the broader market right now. Just hoping for the best.

Yeah, things have felt a bit up in the air at my store as well. We had a few managers from different districts rotating through, and there was a lot of talk about restructuring. It's definitely created a bit of uncertainty among the staff. While I appreciate that they're trying to adapt to current conditions, the lack of clear communication about the reasoning behind these shifts is a little concerning. Hopefully, it all shakes out to be a good thing in the long run for everyone involved.
