Hey all, been seeing a lot of chatter around my store and others in the district. Management seems... off. Lots of hushed conversations, meetings that aren't on the usual schedule. People are definitely getting antsy. No official word from corporate, but the vibe is heavy. Anyone else picking up on similar signals? Or is this just my location spiraling? Trying to stay grounded but the uncertainty is making it tough to focus. Feels like we're holding our breath here.

I've heard similar whispers from folks at my store too. It's definitely creating a weird atmosphere. We had a surprise regional meeting last week that wasn't on anyone's calendar, and the district manager was being really cagey about future plans. Most of us are just trying to keep our heads down and do our jobs, but you can't help but wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Hopefully, it's nothing major, but the lack of communication isn't helping ease anyone's nerves.
