Tractor Supply (TSCO) - Staffing Levels & Morale Check

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter around TSCO lately, and while there's no official word, I'm curious if others are noticing anything similar to what I'm experiencing on the ground. My store's been pretty lean on staffing for a while now, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Associates are stretched thin, and I'm hearing a lot of whispers about workload and general burnout. It's not just my location, either – I've talked to a few folks from other stores in different regions, and they're reporting similar trends. Is this a company-wide push for efficiency, or is something else going on behind the scenes? Trying to gauge if this is just a localized issue or a broader pattern emerging. Anyone else feeling this crunch or seeing changes in team dynamics that might hint at future adjustments?

I've noticed this too. Seems like the busiest times are always understaffed, leading to longer wait times for customers and more stress for the employees who are there. It's tough when you're trying to help people find what they need but are constantly being pulled in different directions. Hope things improve soon, as it's definitely impacting the overall shopping experience. The associates always seem to be doing their best under the circumstances, though.
