TSCO - Anyone else feeling the pressure at Tractor Supply?

Hey folks, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about various retailers and wanted to get a pulse on Tractor Supply specifically. No official word on anything, but man, it feels like things are... tense. Been hearing whispers about restructuring, but nothing concrete. Store level feels stretched thin, and corporate seems to be making changes that aren't always clearly communicated downwards. Is anyone else experiencing this? Seeing changes in management, shifts in priorities, or just a general sense of unease? Wondering if it's just my region or if it's a broader company thing. Trying to make sense of it all, especially without any official announcements. Anyone have insights or hear anything that might explain the vibe?

I've definitely noticed a shift in the atmosphere at my local Tractor Supply lately. It feels like there's more emphasis on efficiency, and sometimes it comes at the expense of the friendly, laid-back vibe we're used to. Saw a few faces leave recently, which is always a bummer. Hoping it's just a seasonal thing or some operational tweaks that will settle down soon. Keep us posted if you hear anything more concrete.

From my perspective on the ground, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which is tough. Communication from corporate can be a bit spotty, and new initiatives sometimes feel like they come out of nowhere. It's a challenging environment, for sure, but the team at my store is working hard to keep things running smoothly for our customers. Always looking for ways to adapt.
