TSCO - Inventory and staffing levels

Is anyone else at Tractor Supply finding that inventory counts are way off lately? We're constantly behind, and it feels like we're drowning. I get that retail is busy, but this feels like a new level of chaos. We're understaffed for the amount of work, and the pressure to get everything done perfectly is immense. It’s really starting to wear on me. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide issue or if my specific store is just struggling. Feels like we're being set up to fail, frankly.

Yeah, I'm seeing similar issues at my store. Inventory has been a nightmare for months now, and no amount of cycle counts seems to fix it. It's frustrating because it makes our jobs harder and customers get annoyed when we can't find what they need. The staffing situation is also dire; we're consistently short-handed, and the workload feels impossible. It's definitely not just your store, I think this is a widespread problem impacting operations and morale across the board. Management needs to address this seriously.
