TSCO - Management Reorgs & Unclear Direction?

Posting this anonymously because, well, you know how it is. But I'm really trying to wrap my head around what's happening at Tractor Supply from a corporate/management perspective. We've had a few rounds of 'restructuring' or 'realignments' over the past year, and honestly, the messaging has been pretty vague. Different departments seem to be shifting priorities, and the long-term vision feels a bit muddled. It’s making it hard to feel secure or understand where we're headed as a company. Has anyone in corporate or regional management seen significant shifts in leadership roles or team structures that seem… unusual? I'm not seeing any direct layoff announcements, but the constant shuffling and lack of clear strategy are definitely creating some unease. Trying to connect the dots here before things get more concrete, if you catch my drift.
