Trane - Anyone else's team/department seeing headcount changes?

Posting this anonymously because, well, you know. I've been with Trane for a while now and things have generally felt stable. However, lately, I've noticed a few people in my broader network who've been 'let go' or whose roles have been 'restructured.' It's not a huge wave, but it's more than I've seen in a long time, especially without any company-wide announcements. Is this just isolated incidents within specific departments, or is anyone else seeing similar trends across different parts of the company?
