Trane - Heard anything about hiring freezes or project slowdowns?

Lurking here for a while and usually there's some chatter when things get dicey. Haven't seen any outright layoff reports for Trane Technologies yet, which is good, but I've noticed a few things that feel like precursors. For instance, external hiring seems to have significantly slowed down in my division over the past quarter. Also, some longer-term projects that were greenlit are now being put on hold or scaled back. It's making me think the company might be tightening its belt. Is anyone else experiencing this? Are there hiring freezes in place that aren't officially announced? Are budgets being cut more aggressively than usual? Curious to hear if this is a widespread trend or isolated to certain areas. Trying to prepare myself for any possibilities.
