Trane Tech - Any whispers about Q3/Q4 hiring freeze?

Hey everyone, longtime lurker here. Been with Trane Technologies for a few years now, and things have felt a bit... off lately. My manager's been cagey about future projects and budget approvals, which is unusual for them. We've also noticed a few open reqs that have been sitting stagnant for weeks, and some internal transfers that were supposed to happen seem to be on hold. No official word from HR or leadership, but the rumor mill is starting to churn. Anyone else in other divisions picking up on similar signals? Is anyone seeing a slowdown in hiring or even whispers of a freeze heading into the latter half of the year? Just trying to gauge the temperature across the company before things potentially get dicey.
