Hey everyone, been at Trane for a bit now and things have felt... quieter than usual over the past couple of months. Usually, there's a decent amount of internal chatter, project updates, and general buzz, but it seems like a lot of that has died down. Management seems more tight-lipped than ever, and I haven't seen any major new project announcements or expansions. It's got me wondering if this is just a seasonal lull or if something bigger might be brewing. Anyone else picking up on this? Not looking for rumors, just trying to gauge the general sentiment.
