Hey everyone, been seeing some buzz online and hearing a few things internally that make me wonder about what's happening at Trane. No concrete news, but definitely a feeling that things might be in flux. Projects seem to be getting re-evaluated, and there's been talk about some 'strategic realignments'. Not sure if that's corporate speak for something else, but it's got people in my department a bit on edge. Anyone else picked up on anything similar? I'm picking up on something similar in my division. There's definitely a sense of 're-evaluation' happening across different projects. Some initiatives have been put on hold while others are being fast-tracked. It's hard to tell if it's a major shift or just a typical quarterly adjustment, but the communication could certainly be clearer from leadership. Glad to know I'm not the only one sensing a change.
