Trane Technologies - What's the vibe internally? Heard anything?

Hey everyone. Seeing a lot of chatter across different companies, and it got me thinking about Trane. Haven't seen any concrete layoff news or official announcements here, but has anyone else noticed anything...off? Maybe a hiring freeze that wasn't explicitly stated, or projects getting quietly shelved? Or perhaps a general sense of unease in team meetings or from management? Just trying to gauge the temperature. I'm not trying to spread panic, just curious if anyone's picking up on subtle shifts that might indicate something is brewing down the line. Any insights from the inside would be super helpful for those of us who are a bit out of the loop. Trying to stay ahead of the curve, you know? Thanks in advance for any info.

I've been with Trane for a few years now and things seem pretty stable from my perspective. While I haven't heard anything about major layoffs or project cancellations, there have been some internal reshuffles in a couple of departments. It's probably just standard business adjustments, but it's worth keeping an eye on. Morale is generally good, though, with people focused on our current projects and the upcoming innovations.

Interesting question. I haven't noticed anything overtly concerning, but there's definitely a heightened awareness about economic conditions across the industry, and that's filtering down. My team's workload hasn't changed, and hiring has continued, though perhaps with a bit more scrutiny on new roles. It’s more of a cautious optimism than unease, I’d say. Everyone's just doing their best to deliver.
