Just saw the WARN notice for the San Antonio plant - 87 people being let go on Sept 15th. This is pretty concerning. It was filed on Aug 20th, so it's official. Anyone else in that area or at Trane generally hearing anything about this? Feels like this isn't a one-off event. The company's been pretty quiet publicly, but these numbers are significant. Wondering what the long-term outlook is if these cuts keep happening. Are they restructuring, or is demand really drying up? Just trying to get a pulse on what's going on internally. If you were impacted, my sympathies. Hope you land on your feet quickly.

That's really tough news for those 87 individuals. It's never easy to see that kind of workforce reduction, and the timing right before a holiday makes it even harder. I haven't heard anything specific from my end, but I can imagine the unease spreading through the company. Hopefully, it's a localized issue and not indicative of a broader trend, but the silence from Trane does make you wonder. Sending good thoughts to everyone impacted in San Antonio and hoping for clarity on the situation soon.
