Trane Technologies: Any whispers about potential restructuring?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on anything at Trane. I've been here a while and while there haven't been any official announcements, there's a definite shift in the air. Projects seem to be getting re-evaluated more closely, and there's a bit more pressure on efficiency across the board. It feels like management might be preparing for something, whether it's a slowdown or a strategic pivot. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar signs or if it's just my department/location. Trying not to spiral, but also want to be realistic about what might be coming down the pipeline. Any insights from folks in different divisions would be appreciated.

I've noticed the increased scrutiny on projects too. It feels like a good time to really buckle down and ensure our work is as impactful and efficient as possible. Interesting take. I haven't directly observed those specific changes in my department, but I can see how that might be happening.
