General sentiment at TD lately?

Hey all, been with TransDigm for a few years now and the atmosphere feels... off. Not hearing concrete layoff news or anything, but there's a definite sense of unease. Projects seem to be under tighter scrutiny, and there's a lot more talk about efficiency and cost-cutting in team meetings. Even the usual holiday parties felt a bit subdued this year. Is anyone else picking up on this? Just trying to gauge if it's a company-wide thing or if my specific division is just going through something unique. Curious to hear what others are experiencing, especially if you're in different business units. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the vibe is definitely different than it was a year or two ago.
