Has anyone noticed changes in hiring/budgeting at TransDigm?

Wondering if I'm just in my own bubble or if others are seeing this too. It feels like hiring has slowed to a crawl in many departments, and budgets for training, travel, and even basic supplies seem way tighter than they used to be. We've had a few positions open for months that aren't getting filled, and new headcount requests are getting shot down left and right. Combined with the constant talk about integrating new companies and streamlining operations, it's hard not to wonder what the long-term plan is. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if specific divisions are feeling the pinch more than others. Any insights from different parts of TransDigm would be appreciated.
