Just checking in with the TransDigm folks. Lately, the vibe seems a bit more tense than usual. Lots of talk about efficiency and streamlining, which is fine, but it feels like it's ratcheting up the pressure on everyone. Performance metrics seem to be under a microscope, and there's a general sense of uncertainty hanging in the air. Is this just the usual end-of-year crunch, or is anyone else picking up on a different kind of energy? Feels like people are holding their breath a bit. Would love to hear if others feel the same or if it's just my team.

I've noticed it. Seems like there's a real focus on optimizing every little thing. While I get the business need, the constant pressure to hit tighter and tighter numbers without a clear understanding of the long-term plan is a bit unsettling. Hoping it settles down soon and becomes less of a constant treadmill.
