Morale tanking at TransDigm?

Seriously, what's going on with morale lately? It feels like it's in the basement. Every week there's a new 'efficiency' drive or a process change that seems designed to make our jobs harder. I get that it's a competitive industry, but the constant pressure and the lack of clear communication about the long-term vision are really starting to take a toll. People are visibly stressed, and the grapevine is buzzing with all sorts of rumors. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're just a cog in a machine that's constantly being optimized, often at the expense of the people operating it. Anyone else feeling this dip?
