Things have felt a bit tense around here lately. Saw that WARN notice for the CT location, and it got me thinking. Has anyone else noticed a slowdown in hiring, projects getting shelved, or even just a general sense of unease in their department at TransDigm? Trying to get a pulse on whether this is widespread or just a localized issue. My team has been pretty quiet lately, and the workload feels like it's tapering off, which is never a good sign. Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift. The CT WARN notice was unsettling, and it seems to be more than just that specific site. There's a noticeable chill in the air regarding new projects and even some existing ones seem to be on the back burner. Hiring has slowed to a crawl across the board, and the general vibe is one of caution rather than growth. It's hard not to worry when you see these signs and hear about cutbacks in different areas. Feels like a definite slowdown is happening company-wide, not just isolated incidents. Hopefully, it's just a temporary cycle.
