Hey all, been seeing some chatter across different platforms, but nothing concrete about TransDigm specifically. Heard some whispers about project reprioritization and a general slowdown in certain areas, particularly on the commercial side. Is anyone else feeling this? My team's workload has definitely tapered off in the last quarter, and onboarding for new hires seems to have completely stopped. It's making me a bit antsy, to be honest. Not seeing any official announcements, but the silence is kinda loud. Wondering if it's a company-wide thing or just isolated pockets. Anyone in different divisions have insights? Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

I'm seeing similar things. The commercial aerospace side definitely feels like it's in a holding pattern. We've had a couple of internal projects get pushed back indefinitely, and the usual hustle doesn't seem to be there. It's strange because the defense sector seems to be humming along as usual, so maybe it's just a sector-specific thing? Definitely makes you wonder what the broader strategy is if they're putting the brakes on certain initiatives without much communication.
