Been keeping an eye on open positions across TD for a while now, and it feels like the spigot has really tightened. Used to see a steady stream of new roles opening up, especially in engineering and operations. Now, it seems like it's either crickets or roles that have been open for ages and keep getting reposted. My team's been trying to backfill a critical position for months with no luck, and it's starting to impact our deliverables. Is this a deliberate hiring freeze, or are we just in a period of slower growth? Anyone in HR or management seeing this from the inside? Trying to gauge the overall health of the company and future hiring plans. Any insights appreciated.
