Hey everyone, been working at TD for a few years now and lately there's been a weird vibe in the air. Not hearing any concrete news, but just a general sense of unease. Been seeing some increased internal comms about efficiency and 'streamlining operations,' which is usually corporate speak for something's coming. Anyone else picking up on this at their site? Or is it just my location? We had a pretty good run with growth for a while, so this feels like a shift. Wondering if it's market-wide for aerospace or specific to us. Trying not to panic but also want to be prepared if things do go sideways. Any intel is appreciated.

Yeah, I've noticed similar messaging at my facility too. The 'efficiency' push feels more intense than usual, and it's definitely generating some chatter among the teams. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what it means, but the atmosphere has definitely shifted from the steady growth we've seen in recent years. Trying to stay optimistic, but the corporate speak is hard to ignore.

Interesting you bring this up. We've been hearing similar language about operational reviews and streamlining here. It’s created a bit of uncertainty, and people are definitely talking about what it could lead to.
