TransDigm: Signs pointing to a slowdown?

Hey all, been with TransDigm for a few years now and lately, things feel a bit...different. Not seeing the usual aggressive hiring push in my division, and some project budgets seem tighter than usual. Heard some whispers about a general freeze but nothing concrete. Anyone else in other segments of the company seeing similar trends? Or am I just overthinking things because of the general market noise? Wondering if this is just my corner of the universe or a broader company shift. Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

I've been with TransDigm for a while too and noticed something similar, though in a different department. We haven't had the same level of urgency on filling certain open roles that we usually do, and there have been discussions about prioritizing projects more strictly. It could easily be market jitters, but it's definitely worth keeping an eye on. It's good to know I'm not the only one picking up on these subtle shifts. Maybe there's a strategic pause happening across the board.
