Travelers - Anyone else feeling the jitters?

Hey all, lurker here. Been at Travelers for about 4 years now, mostly in a support function. Lately, there's been a lot of talk, whispers really, about restructuring and 'efficiency gains.' Management's been tight-lipped, but you can feel the tension. Meetings about 'synergies' and 'optimizing workflows' are becoming way too frequent. My team hasn't heard anything specific, but the vibe is definitely off. Some folks are updating their LinkedIn profiles proactively, others are keeping it quiet. Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on this or if it's just my department feeling the heat. Is anyone else at Travelers seeing or hearing similar things? Wondering if it's just internal buzz or if there's something more concrete brewing.

I'm in a different department, but the whispers are definitely circulating here too. It feels like a lot of buzzwords are being thrown around without much concrete information. It's creating a lot of uncertainty, and I've noticed a few people starting to explore other options, myself included. Hopefully, they'll share more details soon to ease some of this anxiety. The constant talk of change without clarity is making everyone a bit uneasy.
