Travelers - Productivity focus, or something else?

0x7f73…4468Just curious about the current atmosphere at Travelers, specifically regarding productivity and performance metrics. Over the past quarter, there's been a significant push for us to be more 'accountable' and 'data-driven' in our roles. This has translated into more frequent check-ins, detailed performance reviews, and a general sense of being under a microscope. While I understand the need for efficiency, it feels like more than just a standard business cycle. We've had several all-hands meetings where the CEO talks about navigating 'challenging economic conditions' and the importance of 'right-sizing' resources. It's all very corporate speak, but the implication is hard to ignore. Anyone else in underwriting, claims, or IT experiencing this heightened focus on individual output? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide initiative or isolated to certain divisions.
