Travelers: Gut feeling about upcoming changes?

Hey all, been with Travelers for a few years now in [Department/Role]. Lately, there's been a weird vibe in the air. Not sure if it's just my team or a broader thing, but seems like people are a little more on edge than usual. Hearing whispers about reorganizations and 'strategic realignments' which, in my experience, usually precede something. Has anyone else picked up on this? Is it just me being paranoid, or are others feeling a shift too? Trying to gauge the temperature here before things potentially get dicey. What's the word on the street from other departments?

Definitely feeling it too. It's not just your department. There's been a noticeable increase in hushed conversations and a general sense of uncertainty across the board. The 'strategic realignment' talk is particularly unsettling, as it rarely signals positive developments for the rank and file. Management seems tight-lipped, which only fuels the speculation. I'm bracing for impact, honestly.
