Travelers: Morale seems to be taking a hit. What's going on?

Seriously, is it just me or has morale at Travelers dipped significantly in the last few months? Feels like a lot of people are burnt out and a general sense of unease is starting to creep in. Conversations in the break room and on internal channels seem to be more about workload and stress than usual. Even the usually upbeat folks seem a bit more subdued. Is there something happening behind the scenes that we're not privy to, or is it just the general economic climate impacting things? Would love to hear if others are feeling this too and why you think it might be.

I've noticed it too. It feels like the pace has really picked up, and while I appreciate the drive, it's starting to feel unsustainable. The pressure to constantly be available and hit ambitious targets is definitely taking a toll. I'm not sure if it's a specific initiative or just a general increase in demand, but it would be good to have some clarity on what's driving this and if there are plans to address the burnout. Maybe some focused initiatives on work-life balance could help.

It's definitely more than just you. I've been hearing similar sentiments from colleagues across different departments. The workload feels heavier, and there's a constant sense of urgency that's pretty draining. It's making it hard to stay motivated, honestly. I'm hoping leadership is aware of this trend and is considering ways to support the teams better. Perhaps revisiting resource allocation or project timelines might be in order. It's tough when you feel like you're running on fumes.
