Travelers: Rumors of a hiring freeze? Anyone heard anything concrete?

Hey everyone, checking in to see if anyone else is picking up on weird vibes at Travelers lately. My team had two high-performing folks leave unexpectedly last week, and there's been zero communication about backfilling or even a simple 'they've moved on'. Normally, there's at least some chatter, but it's dead silent. On top of that, a few open reqs I was tracking have suddenly gone dark, marked as 'on hold' with no explanation. I'm not usually one to jump to conclusions, but with the general economic uncertainty and our recent earnings not being exactly stellar, it's hard not to wonder if something is brewing. Has anyone else noticed similar things in their departments or heard any whispers about a potential hiring freeze or even broader restructuring down the line? Trying to get a sense of the lay of the land before I start polishing the resume, just in case.
