Trimble - Anyone else seeing quiet 'optimizations'?

Hey everyone, been at Trimble for a few years now in [mention general area, e.g., engineering/product/sales]. Haven't seen any official announcements or mass emails about layoffs, which is good, but lately I've noticed a definite shift. A few long-tenured folks in my department have quietly left or been moved to 'different opportunities' that seem a bit vague. There's also been a noticeable slowdown in hiring, even for roles that seemed critical a few months ago. Budgets feel tighter, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' from leadership. Anyone else in different parts of the company experiencing something similar? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just specific to my division. Wondering what the general sentiment is out there.
