Trimble - Headcount freezes or just my team?

Has anyone else experienced a hiring freeze or a slowdown in backfills at Trimble? My team's been trying to fill a couple of open roles for months now, and it feels like approvals are just stuck in limbo. HR says 'budget review' but it's been like that for a while. It’s making workload pretty intense. It's not a big dramatic layoff announcement, but this kind of slow bleed or hiring freeze can be just as concerning. Wondering if this is a wider company trend or if I'm just in a particularly scrutinized division. Any insights from other parts of Trimble would be appreciated. Trying to gauge the general health of the company.

Yeah, I've been feeling that too. Our team's been trying to get a new hire approved for almost six months now, and it's the same story about budget reviews and approvals taking forever. It's definitely impacting our ability to take on new projects and it's putting a lot of pressure on the existing team. It's a bit disheartening, to be honest, not knowing when or if these roles will actually be filled. Hope it's just a temporary phase.

My department has definitely seen a slowdown. We were told to expect a slower pace for new hires a few months back, citing the need for careful resource allocation.
