Less about growth and more about hitting hyper-specific metrics that feel like they're designed to weed people out. Anyone else getting this impression? I'm not hearing about outright layoffs, but the general atmosphere feels tighter. Budgets seem more scrutinized, hiring freezes are definitely a thing in some departments, and there's a subtle pressure to 'do more with less.' It's making me wonder if there's an underlying strategy shift I'm missing, or if this is just the tech industry vibe these days.
